Our Uniform
Starting with the 2025-2026 school year, our official school uniform vendor will be All American Wear. Uniforms purchased from other companies are still acceptable as long as they are in good condition and meet current uniform guidelines.
A convenient bonus for families: All American Wear is located just around the corner from our school.

No Long School Supply List!
One of the benefits of attending the Academy of St. Matthias the Apostle is that the majority of classroom and instructional supplies are provided by the school through the annual Materials & Technology Fee. Instead of purchasing a long list of classroom supplies, families simply provide a few personal items, and we take care of the rest.
Items Provided by the Family:

Lunchbox, if bringing lunch from home
Reusable water bottle
Complete school uniform
Optional Classroom & School Donations:
Families who wish to support our classrooms are encouraged to donate commonly used consumable items throughout the school year. These donations are optional and greatly appreciated. Suggested items may include paper towels, facial tissues, disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer, storage bags, copy paper, and other classroom consumables requested by the school.
Approved donations may qualify for Parent Volunteer Program credit in accordance with our volunteer-hour guidelines. Families should only purchase items for volunteer credit when the donation has been requested or approved by the school.
Health Room
Health Records
All new students and returning Kindergarteners and 7th graders must provide updated vaccine records and health inventories. Specifically, 7th graders need to show proof of MCV and Tdap vaccinations.
Medications
If your child needs any medications (Epi-Pens, Inhalers, Over the Counter Medications), Please complete the proper paperwork and send the medication to Mr. Loughner in its original packaging.
