Before School Care: 6:30-7:45 a.m.
After School Care: 3:00-6:00 p.m.
Saint Matthias Extended Care Program (ECP)
The Academy of St. Matthias the Apostle Extended Care Program (ECP) supports working families by providing a safe, nurturing, and supervised environment for students outside of regular school hours.
The Extended Care Program offers before- and after-school care for children ages 3 through Grade 8 whose families need care beyond the traditional school day. The program is available on both a monthly enrollment and a drop-in basis.
Before-School Care provides students with a calm, unstructured start to the day. During this time, students may engage in quiet activities such as reading, homework completion, or supervised play.
After-School Care provides a structured and supportive environment that includes a school-provided snack, outdoor recreation when weather permits, assisted homework completion, and supervised enrichment and recreational activities designed to help students unwind after the school day.

Before-School Care:
6:30 AM – 7:45 AM
After-School Care:
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Early Dismissal Days After School Care:
12:30 PM to 6:00 PM
NOTE: This does not apply to early dismissals due to inclement weather; in those instances, extended care will be cancelled to ensure the safety of students and staff.
